Origen, which is made up of five separate IFA companies, said the redundancies would mainly affect customer support staff.
The cuts follow on from a six-month review period which has resulted in the decision being taken to centralise its para-planning, group risk, new business processing and ongoing client servicing in its Farnborough office.
A spokeswoman for Aegon said: "At the moment we are still looking at how jobs will be deployed but it's very early to give a precise number, but the maximum job losses that could happen would be up to 100."
The total number of staff at Origen is around 400.
"The move is part of Origen's ongoing planned strategic development. The move will create 40 new positions in Farnborough.
"As a result, Origen regrets that a number of sales support and para planning positions in branch offices will become redundant.
"Origen will aim to redeploy or relocate as many staff as possible."
Origen's self administered personal pensions and healthcare administration functions are not affected by the move.
According to Aegon, over the past 12 months Origen has been working on improving its operational efficiency and has introduced a single back office system and outsourced its product and fund research function to Old Broad Street Research.
Origen has offices spread across London, Birmingham, Bristol, Canterbury, Edinburgh, Farnborough, Kingston, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle and Sidcup.
