Zurich launches aggressive recruitment drive

Zurich's UK life business has revealed an aggressive recruitment campaign in a bid to hire a further 60 sales consultants.

The announcement follows Zurich's plans, announced in April, to recruit 30 sales consultants, of which 26 positions have already been filled.

Zurich said it was now looking to attract an additional 60 consultants with a mix of pensions, investment and protection experience.

Business development director Tony Solomon said: "We have made a significant investment in our new generation of pensions, protection and investment propositions and have built world class e-capability.

"To achieve our growth targets we must continue to develop the skills of our existing sales consultants and to attract more highly talented people to join our business."
