Available with immediate effect, this new facility is designed to provide advisers and their clients with greater flexibility and investment freedom.

Dave Lowe, pensions management director, said: "Our new regular premium facility is integrated with the Sipp options and ensures that we are able to provide a full range of solutions to customer and adviser needs."

Zurich has also increased the range of Sipp assets available, with over 170 funds now on offer, including new asset classes such as offshore bonds and structured products.

The minimum initial lump sum investment is £10,000, with the minimum monthly premium at £100.

Lowe added: "We are confident that these enhancements will prove just as popular and demonstrate how serious we are in our ambition to become a top three pension provider in the intermediary market."
