Mortgage and protection network Rosemount Financial Solutions has added Hereford Wealth and Financial Planning as an appointed representative.
Hereford Wealth and Financial Planning was established by Alistair Fitt, who previously was a partner at Hereford Pension, Investment and Mortgage Centre LLP.
Fitt said after 20 years in financial services and working under two directly authorised firms, moving away was “not an easy decision”.
“Having spoken with Ahmed, Zac and members of the wider team, it was clear that there was a ‘family’ based approach to the way that Rosemount Financial Solutions works.
"Alongside this, they have a progressive and innovative outlook to the business and towards financial services in general.
“Rosemount's reputation for providing a personal feel and supportive culture aligned perfectly with my views, and I’m excited at the prospect of working together,” he added .
Ahmed Bawa, chief executive of Rosemount Financial Solutions said Fitts’ attitude towards supporting clients in building long-term financial health aligned perfectly with the network.

Earlier this year, Rosemount FS added Devon-based Nurture Financial Solutions as an appointed representative.
